MANAGEMENT – SECOND-CYCLE STUDIES

PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Students of the second-cycle (Master’s) Management program gain advanced, modern theoretical knowledge as well as practical skills. The studies provide in-depth expertise within core modules covering, among others, contemporary management, entrepreneurial law, and managerial training. An important component of the program includes elective modules in the fields of data science and international management.
Students also participate in internships, informational and training sessions, and activities preparing them for writing their master’s thesis. They work on real case studies in an interdisciplinary and project-based format, using modern infrastructure and specialized software.

A specialization for managers who wish to deepen their knowledge and competencies in areas such as strategic management of healthcare institutions, as well as practical aspects of quality, economics, and law in healthcare organizations. The program expands knowledge in human resource management, outsourcing, and project management. It supports professional preparation for media activities, public relations, communication with demanding patients, and conflict management within an organization. Students also gain practical optimization tools, including lean management and system virtualization techniques.
- Project Manager
A specialization for managers who want to advance their knowledge and skills in project management methodologies and communication within project teams. The program explores sustainable project management, as well as risk, contract, and claims management. It prepares students to effectively use computer-based project management tools and handle public procurement processes within projects. The specialization also provides practical optimization tools, including lean management, budgeting, and economic effectiveness assessment of projects.
- Sustainable Development Manager
A specialization for managers who aim to expand their knowledge and competencies related to sustainable development, including its underlying concepts, theories, and practices. Students learn how these aspects influence business and how they can be integrated into organizational strategy. The program focuses on developing sustainable management skills such as leadership, strategic planning, project management, and communication—all essential for effectively leading organizations committed to sustainability. The major prepares graduates to operate in international markets, taking into account cultural differences, regulations, and sustainability-related challenges. It responds to the growing demand for professionals capable of guiding organizations toward a more sustainable future.
