The Academy of Silesia has signed a letter of intent with the General Command of the Armed Forces. The document was signed on 13 April 2026 in Warsaw by representatives of both parties - the Chancellor of the Academy of Silesia, M.Sc. Eng. Architect Arkadiusz Hołda, and General of the Army Marek Sokołowski.

The agreement expresses the intention to establish cooperation in the areas of teaching, research, development, and expert activities. Both parties declare their commitment to joint efforts aimed at developing the competencies of students and academic staff, particularly in fields relevant to national security and defence.

The signed document opens the way for further development of cooperation and the implementation of joint initiatives.
