7th PLTR Pediatric Radiology Symposium

On 19–20 April 2024, the 7th PLTR Pediatric Radiology Symposium was held in Wrocław.

The meeting was addressed to radiologists—particularly physicians specializing in pediatric radiology—as well as neonatologists, residents, students of medical program, and all those interested in diagnostic imaging of children and adolescents.

The event featured active participation by Dr hab. med. Katarzyna Lipka, a member of the Symposium’s Scientific Committee, and Dr hab. med. Marek Boba, Head of the Department of Radiology, Diagnostic Imaging and Nuclear Medicine at the Academy of Silesia.

During the Symposium, Dr Katarzyna Lipka delivered a lecture entitled “Contemporary Imaging of Lymphomas in Children – the Role of PET-CT”, while Dr Marek Boba shared his expertise and professional experience in a presentation on “The Usefulness of Extravascular Interventional Procedures in Pediatrics.”
